Access 20-20 is a new suite of products enhancing the
inherent strengths on the Teltronics 20-20 and providing
flexible technology advancements.
The first Access 20-20 application, Acappa, the
attendant workstation, delivers a clean GUI interface
that simplifies attendant operations. Additional
applications include a system administration
application, a conference administration application,
and Access IP.
Acappa
Acappa lets an attendant process calls quickly and easily
with a minimum of actions. Call handling tasks can be
performed one of three ways:
- Using the keyboard/hot keys/function keys
- Using mouse clicks
- Using menu options
This ensures that each attendant can operate in a mode
or combination of modes in which they are most
comfortable.
Operating functions are intuitive, eliminating the need
for tedious training and making it possible to have
someone take over the attendant responsibility on short
notice.
Access IP
Access IP manages call addressing and routing for VoIP
telephones as well as for calls between 20-20s or other
systems with H.323 gateways provided by other vendors.
Access IP provides interoperability with other VoIP
telephone systems at the packet level without going
through analog or digital gateways, preserving quality
and eliminating unnecessary cost.
SYSTEM ADMINISTRATION
The System Administration Modules give users the tools
to make modifications to their own telephones such as
speed list management, provide directory access, and
management of various group functions through a GUI
interface. A network module supplies system
administrators with the ability to manage various
network tasks.
CONFERENCE MANAGER
The Teltronics 20-20 furnishes 512 conference ports
independent of other system resources and provides high
density, high quality conference calling. Conference
Manager takes 20-20 conferencing to a new level to
deliver conference management solutions for enterprises
with sophisticated conference needs.
