system specifically designed to meet the needs of
small-to-medium sized enterprises (both single-site and
multi-location distributed campuses). The system combines
the high speed access of broadband, the reliability of
modern telecommunications, and the power of full-featured
network servers to extend IP-enabled communications and

they work at the office, at home, or around the globe.
Cypreon's open hardware and software architecture seamlessly
integrates with existing corporate infrastructures.
Supporting up to 250 ports, Cypreon can provide a central,
converged network communications solution for any new
small-to-medium sized business, or offer a VOIP adjunct to
an existing TDM switch. Coupled with its broad selection of
IP phones, Cypreon has a solution for almost any need.
A suite of service-enabling applications and embedded hooks
to CTI applications simplifies the development and
implementation of sophisticated customer service solutions.
Standardized TAPI interfaces eliminate the need for complex
system integration projects - and their corresponding high
price tags - while supporting even the most demanding
enterprise service solution. Cypreon brings information to
the desktop, where and when it's needed most.
Even on the system administration front, Cypreon offers a
clear advantage. Intuitive, easy to use graphical
administration tools take the complexity out of system
installation and administration, and Cypreon's Fingertip
Toolset™ enables employees to manage their own workstation
settings and launch powerful integrated application suites
at the touch of a button.
Cypreon dissolves the bonds tying employees to the desks,
workstations, and the array of disparate information sources
and network connections of the office. It offers mobility,
integration, and choices that companies can use to design
the most effective methods of conducting their business.
Cypreon frees companies and their employees to chart success
in exciting new, people-friendly ways, improving customer
satisfaction and service, increasing employee satisfaction,
efficiency, and retention, and delivering hard dollar
benefits to the bottom line.
